Q. How much are the offices?
A. The offices vary in price depending on the size and location.

Q. What are the lease terms?
A. Our lease terms are totally flexible. You can rent an office off us for one week, one month or one year. Whatever suits your needs.

Q. What notice will I have to give?
A. There is no notice period.

Q. What is the minimum term I can take for an office?
A. There is no minimum term.

Q. What is included in the rent?
A. Rent, rates, building insurance, super fast broadband, water, waste disposal, cleaning of communal areas,

Q. Is there parking?
A. Yes, there is ample parking at Wheatley and Bicester and limited parking at Thame.

Q. What do I do about telephones?
A. We have a "plug and go" VoIP telephone system.

Q. Who do I contact to network the units' data network?
A. We have a telecoms company based at Wheatley who provide the data network.

Q. Does the unit come with broadband?
A. Yes, each unit is connected to our uncontended pipe.

Q. Are the offices self contained or communal?
A. Some offices are self contained with their own kitchen and wc, other offices have communal kitchens and toilets

Q. How secure are the units?
A. We have security gates, special security locks and CCTV.

Q. Is there CCTV?
A. Yes, the very latest system.

Q. How much deposit do I have to pay?
A. Six week's rent goes into a special deposit account and is returnable on vacation of the premises

Q. Do you provide furniture?
A. We do not as a rule provide furniture.  However, we do often have spare pieces of furniture available to loan tenants and we can recommend companies who do provide furniture.
